Shipping Time/Pre-Orders

Be aware that some of our releases might be pre-orders and they won’t start shipping immediatly. You can always find the expected start shipping date in the product description. If any unexpected changes occur we will keep you posted in the description + our socials.

Damaged Items

If the unfortunate event happens that an item arrives damaged. You should contact us within the first 14 days of the arrival of your package. Important to be aware of first is, that you are only eligible for compensation for damage that happened in the manufacturing/packaging process. Still if you have a damaged copy please send us pictures so we are up to date, and we might still be able to help you with a possible replacement copy. You can always request to have your vinyl shipped outside the jacket. Just sent us an email with your order number before the shipping process starts.

Returns/Refunds

All sales are final. We understand sometimes unexpected things happen so.. If you want to cancel/refund your order do this ASAP by contacting us and we might be able to help you. But don’t count on it. You’ll cover the shipping. And you can only return records that are sealed and fully intact.
