Shipping Time/Pre-Orders

Be aware that some of our releases might be pre-orders and they won’t start shipping immediatly. You can always find the expected start shipping date in the product description. If any unexpected changes occur we will keep you posted in the description + our socials.

 

Damaged Items

If the unfortunate event happens that an item arrives damaged. You can contact us. Important to be aware of first is, that you are only eligible for compensation for damage that happened in the manufacturing/packaging process. Unfortunately vinyl is a very fragile item for shipping across the world. And we’ll make sure every package will be shipped best as possible. You are not eligible for compensation for damage that happened in the shipping process. You can always request to have your vinyl shipped outside the jacket. Just sent us an email with your order number before the shipping process starts. Even if you’re not eligeble for compensation, we do appreciate it if you still send us pictures so we are up to date, and might still be able to help you in some way. We also appreciate any suggestions on improving proccesses such as these!

 

Returns/Refunds

All sales are final. If you want to cancel/refund your order do this ASAP by contacting us and we might be able to help you. You’ll cover the shipping. And you can only return records that are sealed and intact.
